Terms of Service

CLIENT
♦ You, the Client, will be expected to first read my TOS and understand my general Commission Prices.♦ You, the Client, may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.
♦ You may not upload or host my work in any gallery that is intended to display your own work only.
♦ You may not claim my work as your own.
♦ Please do not share the file with third parties unless otherwise discussed beforehand.
♦ Please do not commission me if you don't like my art style.ARTIST
♦ By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an illustrator or concept artist only.
♦ All prices are subject to increased based on the complexity of the Client's request.
♦ I reserve the right to post your finished request in my portfolio or on my social media for any reason.
♦ Please provide notice if the artwork is not to be displayed prior to the Client's approval.
♦ I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.
♦ I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.
♦ I reserve the right to stream progress on the Client's commission, unless specifically requested otherwise.
♦ Should the request be cancelled, a full refund will be issued if little to no progress has been made (i.e. the artwork has not made it past the sketch stage). However, there will be no refund should your request proceed pass the point stated above.COPYRIGHT
♦ I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work when posted on my website or social media.
♦ You are responsible for protecting your ownership over rights to a character design.
♦ I retain all copyright over our work, which includes the right to use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.
♦ We will however always give proper credit to you for ownership of the character’s design or concept.

With regards to Character Design and Video game characters

♦ Please provide any existing artwork or reference images of your request. If only a written description or mood board (like Pinterest) or both are received, the request will count as design work and will incur additional costs at the artist's discretion.♦ Please make sure your reference images and descriptions are clear and concise.♦ For character design work, I will never copy existing designs, one for one, from any existing IPs if requested. Variations will be provided instead.♦ For FFXIV Characters, please refer to the following guide to acquire screenshots for your request. If you lack a photo studio to take these screenshots, you may make use of the igloo in Coerthas Central Highlands at the coordinates (x: 26, y: 27) and achieve similar results.♦ For other video games, please do your best to acquire as many clear and appropriate references in neutral lighting for your request.
